Interfaith Build

Habitat’s Interfaith build started over 20 years ago in memory of September 11th, as a way to unite faith communities in both love and action. Join us in continuing this annual tradition of showing how we’re stronger together, and together we build! Habitat for Humanity honors the role that faith communities play in building a better world. In our mission of building decent homes for all, we work alongside and serve people of all faith backgrounds, and celebrate the role many faiths play in building stronger communities. Learn more.

Pride Build

our annual Pride Build, bringing local members of the LGBTQ+ community, organizations, and allies together in action to support Habitat’s programs and LGBTQ+ homeowners.

A history of systemic discrimination barred LGBTQ+ families and individuals from access to homeownership opportunities, and through Pride Build, we look forward to bringing our community together to raise awareness of the need for affordable housing for all, and it’s power to transform lives for the better. Veterans Build

Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties provides volunteer experiences that bring together veterans, military families and their neighbors. These experiences not only help bridge the gap and ease the transition to civilian life with fulfilling community engagement, but also helps build the connections that are crucial to reaching the veteran community with information and resources.
