Associate Development Finance Manager,
Real Estate Development

The Associate Development Finance Manager is an essential part of the Real Estate Development Team that creates permanently affordable home ownership opportunities in King and Kittitas Counties. The Associate Development Finance Manager will be responsible for securing and managing the funding for Habitat’s real estate development projects in alignment with our core values to lead with service, respect all people, build community, and deliver results. The funding sources will include City, State and Federal funders, and Banks. The Associate Development Finance Manager will create and submit applications for funding, help manage draws on funding and manage regular reporting. The Associate Development Finance Manager will report to the Director of Real Estate Development and work directly with the Development Finance Manager. Repair Program Coordinator

The Repair Program Coordinator (RPC) assists the Repair Program Manager (RPM) in ensuring eligible homeowners in King and Kittitas Counties have access to Habitat’s Repair Program, which includes Critical Home Repair, Minor Home Repair, and Aging in Place programs (CAPABLE and Kittitas Aging in Place). In alignment with our core values to lead with service, respect all people, build community, and deliver results, this position is key in carrying out program outreach and intake activities leading to the qualification of homeowners for these services. Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will provide key leadership at Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties (HfHSKKC) to ensure excellent operations in all aspects of our Construction Department.  Encompassing site acquisition/development and new home construction. Modeling our core values to lead with service, respect all people, build community, and deliver results this position will lead all functions and be ultimately responsible for the attainment of annual production goals and budgets while delivering excellent quality products in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. Project Manager – Temporary

We’re looking for a Temporary Project Manager to join our team for 6-month assignment with the potential for permanent employment to work on developments at all stages of permitting and construction.  In alignment with our core values to lead with service, respect all people, build community, and deliver results the Project Manager works on developments at all stages of Design, permitting, construction, through Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) . Now, as leaders of the Construction and Repairs departments at Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County, Doug and Kristina work together as a couple as they pursue the same mission: lifting up their communities through their respective Habitat appointments.
