Look forward to Interfaith 2022!

Thank you for joining us at Interfaith Build 2021!

Members of all faiths are welcome! Get together with members of many faiths to respond to our regional housing crisis. We strive to be an example of what we can accomplished when we work together.

Interfaith Build Background

Over 50 faith communities have participated in Interfaith Builds with Habitat SKC since 2001. Every September/October, members of diverse faith communities gather on Habitat sites to practice building a better world together.

Initiated in response to 9/11 under the name “Together We Build,” dozens of Muslim, Jewish, Christian, and other faith groups have been coming together each year, overcoming the cultural divisions that rise in the wake of violence and hatred.

Interfaith builds on Habitat’s roots in a missional, racially integrated community in the deep South. From the beginning, Habitat has built together for a better world.
