
Habitat Young Professionals (HYP)
Habitat Young Professionals Seattle-King County (HYP) aims to build a community for young professionals to address the region’s need for affordable housing. By working with the local Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County affiliate, we strive to provide meaningful and fun volunteering, fundraising, and advocacy opportunities for our members in support of affordable housing.

Damon Tsai President
Damon is a Mechanical Engineer Contingent Worker at Meta Reality Labs via H10 here in Seattle. Damon has been a long time HYPer and is one of our regular volunteers. Damon also currently serves on Habitat SKC’s board of directors.

Pham Lam
Pham Lam is a program buyer at Collins Aerospace. Pham has been involved with Habitat since 2015 and helped build over 46 homes. Pham joined HYP in 2021 after moving to the Seattle area and brings experience in volunteer engagement.
Mercedes Gamor
Mercedes Gamor is an Assistant Project Manager for Prime Electric and is a Board Director for NAWIC Puget Sound as well as the Communications Pillar Co-lead for NAWIC’s DE&I Committee. Mercedes joins the HYP Board with experience in advocacy, event planning, and project management. She has volunteered with Habitat ABQ and Habitat SKC over the years, and helped facilitate her company’s tool donations to the La Fortuna site. (edited)
Amy Euting
Amy Euting is an Associate Project Manager on a CBRE Build Team based in Redmond. Amy is new to Habitat SKC, but eager and excited to get involved in all aspects of Habitat. She comes to HYP with five years of Construction Project Manager experience. In her free time Amy enjoys live music, reading, and trying to meet every dog she can.
Mack Leonard
Mack Leonard is a Digital Media Specialist at Skin Actives Scientific, where he manages social media channels and produces product videos. He is the winner of the James White Literary Award and his writings have been translated overseas and appeared in anthologies. He enjoys digital video and film photography in his free time.
Hannah Herman
Hannah Herman is a Real Estate stager working all over the Puget Sound. She has volunteered with rebuilding non-profits in both Louisiana and Georgia. New to Habitat SKC, Hannah is looking forward to digging in. She brings to HYP a background in interiors, permaculture, social media, and photography. In her free time she curates art shows through the Diaspora Gallery and eats Hello Robin cookies.
